What if the weather is bad?
Our Fair Weather Policy means trips only operate when the captain determines that the weather and water conditions are safe.
The captain makes the decision 1 hour before your scheduled departure.
If conditions are unsafe, we first attempt to reschedule your trip. If we cannot reschedule, your payment is refunded in full.
We do not cancel in advance based solely on a poor forecast. The captain assesses conditions on the day of your trip.
What is your cancellation policy?
Is smoking allowed on the boat?
Smoking is not allowed on our vessels. Vaping is allowed.
What types of things can we do/see on our trip?
Because our trips are private, you get to decide what we do and where we go! Here are some things to consider:
- Crab Island
- Dolphin spotting
- Cruise around the Gulf, Bay, or Harbor (conditions permitting)
- Norriego Point
What is the best time to go to Crab Island?
Morning or within 2 hours of high tide are good times to visit Crab Island. High tide brings clearer water from the Gulf of Mexico.
How do I pay the crew?
Crew fees (and any greatly appreciated gratuity) will be paid directly to the Captain. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, etc.

Choose a 3-hour or 6-hour private trip. Select your date in the booking calendar to see available departure times and current pricing.
Are there additional fees beyond the advertised trip price?
Where are you located?
Our tiki boats are located on the Destin harbor at Heron Harbor Marina (314 Harbor Blvd, Destin FL 32541) which is very close to Crab Island.
To find us when you arrive at the marina, walk down to the dock (past the dock huts) and we will be located in the first slip on the left.
Do you have parking?
What should I bring?
We have many complimentary amenities provided on the boat, but here are a few items we recommend bringing:
- Food and drinks (B.Y.O.B.)
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- Swimsuit
- Towel
- Hat
Can I bring food and drinks?
Can I bring alcohol?
Yes! Bring as much as you will need for the duration of the trip because there are no alcohol sales at Crab Island.
You may bring glass, such as champagne bottles, aboard.
Please avoid anything that contains red dye, including red wine and red fruit juices, because they can stain the deck.
